As an Online Support Officer, your mission will be to support our growing company through the following tasks:
Manage client/user interface:
- Ensure ongoing support and training regarding the various tools at the disposal of our clients (online reservation portal, business trips, expense reports, billing)
- Update travel policy regulations and fees
- Create / update /delete profiles
- Modify profile rights
- Manipulate analytical data
Manage editor interface:
- Analyze and prioritize user feedback
- Create internal and external support tickets and duplicate cases
- Validate remedial actions
- Ensure technological watch regarding new tool functions
