Job Responsibilities *Tour guiding, averaging 2 to 3 tours a week (daytime or evening tours, and fluctuating depending on season and demand). *Managing a team of freelance tour guides. Hiring, training, evaluating, scheduling. *Researching and identifying market gaps and opportunities for new products, hand-in-hand with upper management. *Developing on-brand, innovative tours and experiences in Seville and surrounding areas (eg. for day trip tours) (alongside management). *Building B2B relationships in Seville (DMCs, hotels, partners for possible products or tours) & promoting Devour Seville and Devour Tours products at local food and tourism events *Having your finger on the pulse of food and tourism in Seville and surroundings. Growing your knowledge of the local history and local gastronomic/cultural scene, so as to be better able to deliver tours and build products. How to Apply: Send an email to jobs@devourspain.com.
