As Director of Global Quality Systems you and your department are responsible for: • The company’s Quality Management System (QMS), which include continuous improvement hereof • Performing regulatory surveillance and ensuring implementation of new and updated regulatory requirements into QMS • Quality Management Reviews (QMR) • Suppliers, hereunder establishment and maintenance of quality agreements, performing audits of suppliers and performing supplier evaluation • Performing site audits of the five global production sites • Quality aspects related to global electronic systems/tools (document management system, deviations, corrective and preventive actions, SAP etc.) • QA partnering with IT to support implementation of new and maintenance of electronic systems, and handling of related quality issues etc. • QA partnering and support to Commercial Operations and affiliates as well as support to various global functions e.g. Global Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Global Supply Applications and Global IT. The position will refer to the Senior Vice President for Global Quality. As Director of Global Quality Systems some of your work tasks include: • Lead, motivate, develop and engage people • Planning and resource budgeting • Drive initiatives on a global scale to improve and streamline QMS globally • Ensure supplier qualification activities including audits are carried out • Quality sparring and support to the organisation both in the Global Quality organisation and to other global functions.
