Join Agilent's fast-paced Online Channel team. Agilent is seeking an experienced E-Commerce business development manager to accelerate the growth of our Online Channel across EMEA. This is an exciting opportunity to transform Agilent's business model and customer experience. The primary responsibility for this position is to develop Agilent's online strategy for EMEA and grow revenue through Agilent's E-Commerce channel. This involves leading the development and implementation of the online strategy for EMEA's direct and distributor businesses. This individual will work closely with customers, sales, marketing, and online channel teams to evaluate regional customer and business requirements to develop and execute competitive product strategy, business strategy, sales plans, and marketing plans.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Drive online revenue and leads towards offline sales
* Partner with local Sales and Support to develop online sales capabilities, tools, and incentives to grow online customer adoption and revenue
* Develop and implement marketing programs to encourage online registration and sales growth.
* Partner with Field Sales and Product Marketing to develop the online sales programs, content, merchandising for revenue generation.
* Partner with the Online Channel team to shape online capabilities and content to create an EMEA specific customer experience.
* Translate customer requirements, market trends, and business needs into strategies and tactics to enhance Online Channel capabilities, marketing programs, customer adoption, and online revenue growth.
* Develop and implement a strategy to support online customers in the EMEA market with a brand building customer experience. Leverage global and local teams to support customers in local language and time zone.
* Define and implement a strategy to support distributors and business partners with online capabilities and content.
* Analyse and counter competitor online strategies to win or retain the status of a preferred supplier at key accounts and to grow market share.
* Review and realize the opportunities to leverage E-Procurement solutions to increase customer loyalty and retention.
