Responsibilities: ·Planning the recruitment solution ·Sourcing and approaching candidates through job websites, Social Media, networking, referrals and database marketing ·Screening and interviewing candidates ·Providing excellent customer service to candidates ·Selection of candidates according to specifications ·Coordinate with our team in the UK in order to follow up the selection process ·Working to KPI volume targets including call volumes
