Reporting to the Managing Director, Member of the Board, you will be responsible for financial, administrative, legal, IT and human resources of the Spanish subsidiary.
As such, you will help the company's strategy and supervise a team involved in the following:
* Optimization and supervision of general and cost accounting (IFRS consolidation);
* Coordination of management control and activity management indicators;
* Supervising cash and relationship management with financial partners;
* Development and monitoring of budgets, financial results, financing plan;
* Conduct and facilitation of HR processes according to regulations;
* Control of IT including the migration to a new ERP.
You will offer your support and will use your proven management consulting experience, you will optimize the organization and performance of the company's various services in connection with the head office in France.
