Requisitos: - Bachelor´s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration. MBA preferred. - 10 years of accounting or finance experience, preferably in the medico/al device industry. Knowledge of healthcare competitive local environment. - Financial and accounting skills, abilities and knowledge. - Knowledge, understanding and experience on Group Accounting principles N-100. - Thorough understanding of the financial reporting of IFRS requirements /US GAAP. - Experience with or working knowledge of complex accounting systems like a SAP (ERP systems preferred). - Proficiency with Word, Excel and other business software tools required for professional financial analysis and communication. - Oral and written communication skills at multiple levels. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. - Ability to take initiative and lead process improvement development. - Responsibility and confidence of company to make economic transactions. - Ability to develop a consensus, provide direction and motivation. - A high level of English language is needed.
