Happy Apartments Barcelona is seeking a fresh and cool, outgoing person with great communication and organization skills to join our front office team.
As a Front Desk Receptionist, your role will include key responsibilities such as:
Welcome all guests, handle all arrivals, guests in house and departures.
Coordinate room status, updates with the Housekeeping Department by notifying them of all check outs, early check ins and special requests.
Respond to each guest who approaches the Reception Desk.
Follow procedures and service standards.
Back office tasks: handling phone calls from international clients, taking bookings, responding to inquiries, maintaining the reservations database.
At least 1 year of previous work in the tourism or hospitality industry is a must.
Working Hours: 20h/week. Must be able to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays. Flexibility is required.
Location: Central Barcelona (next to Las Ramblas)
