Be true “ambassador” for hotel guests providing at all time and levels warm, charming and efficient services. GRA attending VIP guests upon arrival at the hotel (eventually also at the airport), check-in clients at the lobby lounge and inform clients about the hotel services and the latest information about events and highlights. -Front Office Agents check-in/check-out hotel guests courteously and efficiently; process all payments according to established hotel requirements. Provide information to any guest or visitor inquiry.
