AinB Apartments are located right in the center of Barcelona. With 12 building apartments and a team of 25 people our mission is take care of the need of our customers. We currently have a role available to join our Front Office Central Reception Team. This role is customer facing and the right candidate will be well groomed, excellent customer service and have an eye for detail. The general duties are: -Customer Interaction, Face to Face & Telephone-Answering - Manage check-in/outs face to face with our customers using our PMS - Processing payments, cash, credit card and invoice - Understand customer needs in order to give them a properly solution
