The parent office was established in 1990 and Travel Services Europe handles the land operations for both groups and individuals while they are travelling in Europe. Position Summary: Group Operator role is to organise and plan services provided for groups travelling within Europe. The role will be involved in operating and organizing tour movement throughout the whole of Europe. The individual will be expected to provide excellent organizational and customer service skills and to ensure that budgets are met and tours are successful. Individual will need to show confidence and strength to deal with a variety of problems in a reactive and spontaneous way and to deal with a variety of suppliers including hotels, coach companies, guides, restaurants, entrances.
