Profile
Sir Joan offers you the unique experience of being part of the Front of House team. Sir’s Guest Service Manager is the guest’s right hand, knows all about his special inquiries and desires and makes sure that the guest’s expectations are exceeded and followed up. He/she is aware of the daily operation of all departments, acts as motivator and guidance for the Front of House team, overlooking the day to day Desk operation and has the responsibility of offering assistance whenever and wherever needed.
What to expect
First of all; you will be part of Sir Joan’s (pre)opening Front of House crowd;
Handle the pre- & post-arrival happening of his guests (incl. VIPs);
Track and trace guest comments, feedback & L.O.V.E. for Sir Joan;
To create the best stay for the guests;
Be Sir Joan’s megaphone internally and externally, with special focus on Social Media.
