We are recruiting for our client, a German multinational leader in casting and forging steel, a Head of HQSE & Technology for the Autonomous Community of Valencia. Accountabilities: • Coordinate and lead the Quality Area in order to improve quality and meet the objectives set out in its annual planning • Development, monitoring and implementation of corrective actions • Perform complaint handling • Development of operating regulations. • Ensure the decisive quality requirements for internal and external audits and manufacture standards within computer systems • Planning and execution of scientific experiments. • Collaboration in the development of improvement measures and their implementation. • Planning, updating and monitoring Quality objectives • Plan and coordinate the investments needed within the department of Quality and Technology, as for example for quality measuring instruments. • Create documents and reports related to the situation and development of quality. • Collaboration on projects in order to optimize continuous improvement. • Customer relations • Simultaneous report towards the Technical Area Chief and CUM Direction. • Responsible for implementing the guidelines in the manufacturing plant related with the homogenised quality management of BA SE. • AMS Claims • The position will be responsible for managing FH and Maquila claims against AMS. FH claims will be managed on behalf of SE-AG. • Continuous training on quality issues. • Ensure proper implementation of safety regulations, health, environment, fire protection. • Advise and support employees in all technical processes and related issues. • Compliance and knowledge of Health and Safety standards and ISO 9001 and 14001
