We are recruiting a 1st Line Helpdesk Agent with an excellent level of Dutch + French and English for our client, one of Europe`s leading IT Infrastructure providers. As a Helpdesk Agent you will be responsible for providing excellent service to the clients via phone, web and e-mail, receiving requests and finding the solutions to them.
