DestinationBCN is an apartment rental company offering high quality lodging for holiday and business travellers.
Attention to detail, personal commitment and care are essential to the functioning of our company. Our clientele roughly ranges from mid 20’s to mid 60’s and is well educated and greatly values a personal insight into the city’s cultural, artistic and gastronomic scene.
Currently we are looking for 2 Hospitality Professionals for evening shifts from 18.00 to 24.00 and 1 weekend per month day shifts (approx 25 hours per week)
The job involves the following aspects:
-Quality control:
Coordinating and supervising the cleaning team and maintenance providers, making sure that the apartments are spotless and in perfect condition. In case something in the apartment is malfunctioning, it needs to be solved right away. The presentation of the apartment needs to be impeccable.
-Checking in guests and customer relationship management
When welcoming the guests, domestic appliances and any particularities of the apartment need to be explained. A quick browse through the available map along with personal tips on places of interest, restaurants and other insightful information is important to provide during the check in.
Providing answers to questions, resolving complaints and dealing with any problems and queries that customers might have during their stay.
Office management and assistant general management:
Support the general manager coordinating, directing and managing everyday operations to achieve maximum profitability, guest satisfaction and efficiency.
Administration of bookings and communication prior, during and after our guests´ stay
Developing and implementing new organizational systems, organising the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and cleaning products. Administration of bookings and administration of expenses.
