Description

Reporting to the Barcelona Program Director, the responsabilities of the Housing Coordinator will be:Monitor students enrolment numbers for upcoming sessions to anticipate future housing needsEstablishes, monitors and adhere to housing budgets and costsCalculation of cost, payment requests and priorizationHousing contract writing, supervision of signing procedureEnsures the housing team provides top apartment maintenance service and student assistanceDamages negotiation of incidental billingLeads housing vendors relationship and evaluation, gathers housing related statistics and competitive intelligenceStudent housing support: Supervise the day to day attention to studying housing needs, apartment visits control when deemed appropriate, liaison with student affairs to solve issues…Assist in airport pick up, orientation and participate actively during transfer to housingOn occasions will accompany students during cultural activities and excursions and part of the on call Service Rota

Profile

Minimum 2-4 years experience working in accommodation, customer service, hotels or related

University Degree in Tourism, Hospitality or relatedFluency in spoken and written English & Spanish

Previous experience leading teams and responsive team playerExcellent administration and communication skillsMature, resourceful, out-going and assertiveProactive, flexible and able to work under pressure Knowledge of the city and its cultural/leisure offer Experience working in an international environment
