* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position with international exposure.
* Experience in payroll administration is mandatory.
* Experience in a SSC environment will be highly valuated.
Technical skills
* MS Office
* Navision Dynamics or any other payroll system.
Soft skills:
* Good interpersonal and communication skills are required.
* Accuracy, attention to data and capacity to deliver, respecting clear deadlines.
* Organization skills
* Good people skills - this can include employee and supplier relationships.
Languages:
* Proficiency level in English, and Spanish, any other language skills are a plus (French, German, Italian)
