An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced HR Advisor to join our HR Team, this role will be based in the Madrid Office. Reporting to the Regional Human Resources Manager, responsible for supporting all Human Resources related activities for the assigned client group and/or regional area with direct support to specific Country Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• To ensure the company complies with local government legislations within the Region and a strategic review of all people policies is made on an annual basis.
• Ensure all people policies meet current legislation and company goals that enhance employee engagement.
• To support the company in the implementation of HRIS through accurate reports and analytical data.
• To ensure an accurate database of talent management through effective performance and development reviews supporting the business with the up to date talent pipeline.
• Enhancing capability and performance to meet the organisation’s expectations through supporting line managers to raise performance and take corrective action where and if required.
• To support the local management team to raise their team performance, and engagement through positively promoting all company initiatives.
• To support the company in reaching their budgets through effective recruitment and payroll management.
• End to end management of capability, disciplinary and grievance processes. Including; conducting investigations (where required) assistance in chairing formal meetings, preparation of all written correspondence and providing sound advice to the business throughout.
• Act as a trusted HR contact for line managers across the regional to include France, Belgium, The Netherlands, Italy, Switzerland, Spain and Portugal.
• Taking responsibility for needs analysis and providing accurate and timely advice and solutions on an independent basis, calling for HR advice when required.
• Provide advice and support on Occupational Health & Wellbeing, as well as other related topics as required by the team or individuals within the business.
• Contribute to various WEMEA HR projects, helping to support the people agenda and related corporate initiatives including employee engagement, diversity & inclusion and talent.
• Administration duties will include payroll tasks.
• Ensure that all the necessary people management and development activity required to support the business is delivered in the most professional and effective manner.
• Other HR tasks/activities as required by the Senoir Manager, Regional Human Resources
The working hours will be Monday – Friday 09.00 – 18.00
