•Recruitment hotel needs (department managers and staff).
•Define together with the general manager the positions, the salaries, the benefits and compensations.
•Develop the HR department procedures manual.
•Provide advice on labor matters to staff.
•Coordinate and supervise all administrative tasks related to the employees administration: Preparation and signing of labor contracts,
Contrat@, Movements in Social Security, RED System, IT and Delta.
•To control the employees situation: highs, lows, vacations, illness, modifications... and maintenance of the information in the database.
•Definition and implementation of a Talent Management program.
•Analysis of the work climate and develop action plans.
•RRLL (legal issues according the Spanish law).
• Manage and coordinate the people of the department of HR.
• Interview internal candidates for promotion. To design career plans for internal and external candidates.
•Implement annual training plans.
• Build together with the marketing department an Employer Branding on social networks and other channels.
• Collaboration Agreements with Universities in order to receive internship hospitality students.
