To assist HR Manager in delivering a professional and effective HR service to Pigments and Shared Service Functions at the Huelva site, we are looking for a HR Officer.
The HR Officer will be responsible for providing pro-active day to day HR generalist advice, support and coaching to associates and line management.
As HR Officer you will:
- Being the first point of contact to advise on all disciplinary and grievances procedures and absence management issues and work with Occupational Health providers.
- Provide advice and guidance to line managers on performance management issues.
- Working with HR Manager on delivering Learning and Development activities to support the business in developing their associates and managers.
- Coordination of cyclical events i.e. salary review, incentive scheme, PDP process.
- Assist the HR Manager in key recruitment activities across the business where required.
- Keep up to date with developments in local HR legislation and best practice, adapting and developing local policies / practices where appropriate. Give support to the personnel office about new labour legislation, grants, hiring, etc.
- Manage and/or participate in a range of HR projects in line with the overall business plan and as agreed with the HR Manager.

- Administers local positive employee relations strategy.
- Take part and collaborate in negotiation with unions, labour agreements and other specific HR projects.
- Deal with daily unions relationship and employee related issues. Give coach and support to line managers.
