• Payroll knowledge
• Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions
• Welcome and Orienting new Employees, by giving information; reviewing company policies; gathering withholding and other payroll information; explaining and obtaining signatures of documents previously prepared for them.
• Following vacation, sick, and personal time
• Following Employee safety and labour Risk subjects
• Maintaining employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential
• Maintains quality service by following organisation standards.
• Provide advice and assistance with writing job descriptions
• Preparing contracts
• Review and update employee rules and regulations and legal process.
• Give support to administration tasks, follow contracts with suppliers, Licenses and new work centres/opening of companies support.
• Follow up all office contracts and related issues.
• Keep control and follow up of all suppliers for all destinations.
• Dealing and controlling all Back office invoices for all destinations.
• Ensure that the central office as well as the branches operate correctly
