Spring Professional is looking for a Solution Manager in charge of design and deliver solutions of Dispensing technologies, based on analysis of customer clinical/operational/IT processes and centred around customers change drivers. Deliver post-implementation technology optimisation and work with customers to produce collateral to further promote adoption. Main responsibilities - Design solutions for customers that centre the device workflows to ensure technology components of projects interface safely and accurately. - Provide professional, process-focused pre-Sales support; educating and helping current and future customers to understand the impact and value of an end to end automated processes. - Participate in implementation projects, including clinical validation processes to ensure accuracy of processes, integrations and interfaces to other IT systems. - Track and measure ongoing projects to be formulated through CRM - Support customers and business partners, providing professional support and technology optimisation assessments. - Collaborate with customers to produce testimonials, process-transformation studies and ‘White Papers’, to further explain and promote adoption of dispensing solutions. - Undertake workflow analysis in order to understand current workflows from Prescribing-Compounding and administration. Consult with customer Pharmacy, Consultants, Procurement/Purchasing, IT, Materials, Supply Chain, Finance and Executive personnel on automation-related change management and clinical process re-engineering requirements.
