As a Team Leader, your responsibilities include: - Developing, supervising, training and evaluating the workflow of your team - Achieving budget, meeting your SLA’s, expanding sales and reaching goals on a monthly, quarterly and/or annual basis - KPI’s Planning and follow-up - Leading and motivating your team and increasing its productivity - Generating action plans to enhance performance and productivity of underperforming personnel - Support in interviewing candidates and hiring successful candidates
