As Insurance Assistance Agent, you will be located in the Travel Assistance International Department of the company where your main responsibilities will be: - Provide clients with travel assistance related to international emergency medical cases, as well as assistance with other travel issues - Provide excellent customer service, ensuring the clients have all the assistance and information they need
