We are looking for a Japanese Technical Support Advisor for an american corporation which provides Internet-related product services, including internet search, mapping, cloud computing software and advertising.
What you would do:
·Maintain client relationships through product support over the phone.
·Respond to incoming calls and email from enterprise clients.
·Handle effectively all incoming incidents in a customer service environment
·Gather information from customers, troubleshoot technical and account issues
