Xplanation is currently looking to recruit a Software Developer in our office in Valencia. Our Technology team consists of 10 people and develops all aspects of the translation process (online interfaces for customers and translators, a fat client for project management, fileformat converters, translation memories, machine translation, translation editors, online local validation tool, etc.). Our team, based both in Leuven and Valencia, mainly works with Java and J2EE, and our tools run on Linux, JBoss and Oracle databases. To cope with our continuing growth, we are looking to expand our team with a Software Developer. Your tasks: • You will be part of our Development team in our office in Valencia, working closely together with the colleagues in HQ in Leuven • You will help in enhancing and expanding on our Tstream software suite, as well as maintenance of existing features • You will work according to the Agile methodology, and attend a daily Scrum meeting with the rest of the team • You will support our end-users in using our tools
