As a Java Software Engineer within Tropo, you will be part of the design, development and deployment of server-side applications that drive Tropo.com's API user experience. This person, will take care, build and grow different API services, extending our API and making sure that it is performant, scalable, available and in summary developed to the highest standards. What you will do: - Work with an awesome development team. - Write modular, well tested code that remains easy to maintain as the codebase and business scale. - Develop REST based web services that maximize without compromising quality. - Develop and deliver software in a Continuous Integrated environment. - Proactive monitor the health of applications owned by the team and address issues. - Work in an agile environment that encourages good development practices via good software design, code reviews and internal tech talks.
