International hotel chain selects a vacancy of JD Blue Guide in Gran Canaria with possibility of change of residence to our hotel destinations nationally and internationally. DUTIES: • In addition to the actual, primary duties in the respective department the BLUE Guide stands out as a can do personality and representative of his own department by fulfilling the following tasks: • Service-oriented, interactive guest communication and support at eye level • Identification, implementation and follow-up of guests’ wishes • Creation, organisation and execution of guest communities and special holiday experiences for the guest in his own department in consultation with the BLUE Guide Manager • Complaint management (registering, resolving, follow-up if related to own department) to ensure high customer satisfaction, if appropriate in consultation with the BLUE Guide Manager/BLUE Guide Hospitality • Communicating updated guest information on hotel activities and offerings as well as cross marketing function for other TUI BLUE hotels • Providing advice on excursions and passing on excursión tips; accompanying exclusive TUI BLUE excursions depending on specialist discipline and availability as well as sale/booking of excursions • Representation function with respect to TUI BLUE marketing characteristics and presentation/communicationof the BLUE Guide function. • Multiplier for the TUI BLUE concept • Cooperation with the BLUE Guides and support in the identification and implementation of guest events • Participating in BLUE Guide meetings • Presentation of own department to other BLUE Guides
