You take care of the development and cultivation of relationships with accounts in the assigned area with the goal of sustainable revenue and growth.
Based on market research you are creating strategic concepts for customer support and the development of your area. You identify new potential, develop individual plans for the establishment of DME as preferred supplier and implement them on an international level if possible. With the appropriate measures you set the customer retention.
You are the first point of contact for your customers and introduce actively the entire DME product portfolio and further partly complex Milacron products. On your own authority you take over the planning, preparation and execution of acquisitions, closing meetings and price discussions as well as the follow-up and documentation to assess customer needs and to define possible solutions. You are responsible for the entire sales process and coordinate the necessary steps with your internal departments at an international level. This includes the appropriate communication with the product development and the inside sales department as well as the channeling of standard requests.
