The main tasks are: - To provide an effective and personalized advice to the customer, carrying out a recommendation of wines of the wine cellar. - To uncork, respecting the steps of every tasting, to serve the wine. - To realize the control of the wine’s temperature. - To replenish the red wines of the wine cellar that have been consumed during the service. - To organize the service team. - Supervision of the tasks and of the service team. - Management of incidents during the service
