As Marketing Manager, Cambridge Exams Publishing, Spain you are responsible for the development and roll-out of all campaigns in Iberia across the unit's portfolio. You have a detailed knowledge of educational markets globally ensuring total integration and execution of the unit's plans, underpinning our 360 local-global approach. As Marketing Manager, CEP, Spain you are our local champion at all levels of interaction across the wider business, through interactions with senior colleagues and in supporting current and potential end users of our materials.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Implementing marketing strategic campaigns.
- Preparing an annual marketing plan for Spain and Portugal.
- Contributing to market research initiatives and analysis of competitor marketing initiatives.
- Co-ordinating marketing activity across the region, initiating campaigns in line with marketing plans, monitoring the implementation of the campaigns to achieve effective ROI.
- Supporting the implementation of product roll-out campaigns, both globally and locally, building relationships with key influencers and positioning CEP post-sales support as priority of the unit.
- Supporting the implementation marketing plans, both online and off-line, including, direct mail campaigns, customised leaflets, the development of merchandising material with a pedagogical purpose.
- Ensuring marketing strategy is implemented within budget, with effective evaluation of marketing investment, inventory management and that all financial procedures are followed.
- The post holder will follow all CEP processes and working procedures for marketing processes and ensure that activity is monitored appropriately and reported.
