4* Hotel located in the heart of the city centre is recruiting Night Auditors to join our Front Office Team, the working hours will be from 11pm till 7am. MAIN TASKS You are responsible for ensuring we provide the highest level of guest service and that our standards are met and maintained at all times. Assist and support guests prior to their arrival, during their stay and after their departure. Check in/check out. Concierge. Perform end-of day procedures. Produce daily reports for head departments. Maintain awareness of undesirable persons on property premises. To carry out any other reasonable duties assigned by Supervisors.
