It’s these values coupled with our unquenchable passion for service which created the unique culture that is Generator. • Provide a warm friendly Generator welcome to all guests and the public. • Manage reception and the check-in process efficiently providing information on the hostel facilities and events, city knowledge and upselling products where possible. • Create at every opportunity a positive impression on the customer thus ensuring that they will remember their experience at Generator. • Respond quickly and efficiently to all customer requests and enquiries, ensuring that you maintain a “can do” attitude at all times. Knowledge and Experience: • Appropriate experience gained in all main areas of a Hospitality´s Front Office environment. • Fluent in English and Spanish ( third language will be a plus) • Knowledge of the local area, tourist attractions, restaurants and transport services is a plus. • Knowledge of Sihot program will be a plus. • Strong team and communication skills. • Passion for the hospitality and the youth travel market in particular. • The ability to remain calm under pressure.
