RESPONSIBILITIES: The person who will be incorporated to this vacancy will perform the following duties: 1. Telephone protocol 2. Travel logistics 3. Accounting duties (invoicing, Excel spreadsheets, collating data, caja chica) 4. Mailing duties 5. Company and market research 6. Administrative duties related to the Madrid office management (providers, purchases, banking, etc.) 7. Agenda planning and management 8. Upkeep of the office 9. Daily use of the Microsoft Office package, especially Word, Excel and Outlook
