Your main role will be to co-ordinate operational and logistical travel services to our clients, however your responsibilities will also include a deeper level of involvement within our company. This involvement includes product development, analysis of efficiency and work flow, dedication to the improvement and development of our processes. We are currently looking for an Operation Manager based in Spain (Madrid) to assure the best service for our travelers. Tasks involved: - Design, create and monitor tourist packages in Spain adapted to our customer needs. - Select, contact, negotiate and maintain relationship with suppliers in Spain (DMCs, transport companies, restaurants, guides, activity organizers, etc.). - Get detailed information about each activities and services we offer (for Sales, operation and logistic purposes). - Quotation support. - Define and standardize efficient workflows to reach the high standards we provide to our travelers. - Constantly monitor and support, before, during and after the trip to assure we increase the high expectations of our travelers. - Constantly seeking improvements in our workflows and service. - Reporting to our Headquarters and to our Managing Director based in Spain. - Ideas. Suggest new activities and programs to add to our portfolio.
