Xplanation is currently looking for an Operations Manager in our office in Valencia, Spain to lead a large team of project managers and their team leaders (starting mid 2017). You’ll support us by: • Leading a large team of project managers and their team leads while furthering their progress and development • Maintaining and expanding our customer relationships as a central contact • Taking responsibility for overall budget planning and thereby also the profitability of the company • Inspiring our employees with regard to attaining company goals and upholding company values
