Your responsibilities • Establish, maintain and further develop relationships with our users over the phone • Present relevant products and services to the patients • Establish compliant product usage • Work diligently with SAP CRM to ensure high quality calls • Work closely together with the clinical support team on helping the users in the best possible way • Ensure all user voicemails and emails are followed up within four hours
