We are currently looking for a Partner Manager in our office in Valencia. You will be working together with colleagues based in Spain and in other offices. Your daily responsibilities are to manage, update and extend Xplanation's external partner pool to assure our customer's translations needs in the required domains and language combinations. YOUR TASKS: - General translation partner management: recruiting and assessing freelance translators, negotiating rates and appointing qualified translation partners to assignments according to ISO 17100 Quality Standard for Translation. - Maintaining partner database. - Interact with many language professionals. YOUR TASKS MAY ALSO INCLUDE: - Manage and follow up on partner feedback. - Track and evaluate partner performance. - Work alongside project managers to manage and resolve pricing and other partner management issues.
