Our client, an important international company, is looking for a Personal Assistant/ Secretary (temporary role)
The candidate will assist and support the CEO Office within management requirements and framework, to facilitate the work flow and ensure the smooth running of the Department.
Main responsibilities
Provide secretarial support through the following:
- Perform logistics as needed
- Attend and screen internal/external telephone calls
- Preparing and organising correspondence
- Deal as appropiate with confidential and personnel issues
- Handle documentation, and managing and reviewing filing and office systems
- Organising travel and preparing complex travel itineraries
- Managing expenses and invoices
