Descripción
•Acting as first point of contact to the Director, clients and suppliers.
•Managing company correspondence; answering telephone and e-mail queries.
•Calendar management: schedule/tracking of deadlines and reminders, conferences and meetings.
•Arrangement of business/personal travel itineraries for the Director (hotel, flights, car, restaurant)
•English- Spanish/Spanish-English translation of documents.
•Financial: on a monthly basis preparing invoicing, expenditure and account reports coordinating with external advisors.
•Coordinating bank accounts: setting up/processing transfers, registering payments, maintaining account database.
•Client/case research.
•Monthly revenue reports and renewals of Internet domain names.
•Resolving HR/Payroll matters in liaison with external advisors.
•Ad hoc duties: ordering office supplies, online/physical filing, maintaining accuracy of client and other internal databases.
