Responsibilities • As a Plant Manager, you manage the day to day operations and you watch over the financial results. • You have full responsibility over all operational activities which include production, supply chain, engineering, finance as well as administration. • You plan, organize and direct all operations, as a Plant Manager, which ensure the most effective return on assets. • You minimize manufacturing costs through efficiency and continuous improvement. • You maintain good internal contacts but also you manage the information flow to the head quarter in Belgium. • As a Plant Manager, you know how to motivate and develop your people to achieve excellent results.
