Function As a Recruiter, you will: -Provide full recruitment support to our client´s team for Spanish and international positions. -Develop recruiting plans for assigned vacancies -Identify and assess potential candidate sources and recommend them for use based on previous success and knowledge of the marketplace -Interview and manage active candidates, ensuring that our client´s employment value is communicated effectively. -Act as a liaison with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, ensuring that they are kept up to date on the status of open vacancies, candidate pipeline and active candidate status and expectations. -Ensure that a sufficient candidate pipeline is maintained to support current openings and anticipate resource requirements
