Our client operates a call centre that has been in Spain over 5 years and among other provides customer service and telemarketing solutions to multinational companies. The company offers an international environment with possibilities of growth. We are currently looking for Pre-Sales Consultants to promote our Client Services to analytical customers within Germany. The main objective is to generate revenue for our Client and to help building/enriching their database. Interpretation of customer needs is vital and will lead to active creation of business opportunities into a credible sales funnel. The key focus will be on outbound prospecting of service contracts, nurturing of expiring warranty customers and upselling trade customers to service contracts in order to grow the service business in strategic markets. Subsequently, this role carries productivity and quality targets. This team will be an integral part of our Client Sales Channel therefore flexibility, internal communication, collaboration and teamwork is for the utmost importance for success.
