This position requires deep customer focus, strong self-motivation and exceptional project management skills. It will involve regular communication with project sponsors and executive presentations, and requires you to be detail-oriented and comfortable partnering and leading cross-functional business and technical teams. To be successful in this role, you need to pair strong analytical skills and a data-driven outlook with strong intuition.
Core Responsibilities:
• Own development, continuous piloting, formalizing and deployment of process improvements
• Contribute to network standardization via best practice sharing with EU and WW counterparts and positively contribute to creating and maintaining a culture of standardization
• Create high quality process and equipment standards documentation to support network deployment
• Lead continuous process benchmark initiatives and conduct deep dive benchmark studies
• Contribute to audit initiatives and lead results-driven action planning
• Provide process expertise on engineering design including material flow, conveyor, equipment and real estate layouts
• Support Delivery Station launches through layout development and standard process & equipment definition
• Lead a small team of in-country Process Managers to deliver the highest standards of Delivery Station launch and process upgrade support
• Act as key point of contact and technical partner to provide support for process-oriented software developments
