Our client is a leading global supplier of precision chassis castings and machining solutions. The first year you´ll work at the plant in Barcelona (Gavá) to learn everything about the manufacturing process here. Then in the beginning of 2018, you'll go to the Czech Republic to plan, organize and coordinate the new manufacturing over there. As a Process , your responsibilities include: - Developing, evaluating and improving the manufacturing methods - Developing and optimising casting processes to meet customer requirements - Establishing and maintaining FMEA and Control Plans - Laying out equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency - Estimating production times, staffing, requirements and related costs - Conferring with management and staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, and production schedules to facilitate production process - Initiating and participate in Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing projects
