Mission: Definition of the concept, architecture and technical solution of the health monitoring system of the WTG. Activities: • To report to the team leaders of the actuation systems and drive train groups as part of the integrated project team. • To elaborate according to the planning and quality standards the deliverables of the product development design process: specifications, design reports, calculation reports, validation plans, manufacturing process control plans, etc. • Development of the diagnosis / prognosis systems for wind turbines. • Definition of algorithms for prediction of evolution of failure modes. • To coordinate and collaborate with wind turbine installation and service engineering groups and to support quality department. • Identification of potential improvements and development of innovative technical solutions. • Analysis and assessment of the design, reliability and quality of the supplied products. • Participation in the design verification, testing, validation and certification of the mechanical and hydraulic systems for wind turbines. • Collaboration for the realization of risk assessments, FMEAs, tests and validation plans.
