We are a Spanish DMC based in Barcelona looking for a Project Manager to look after major events, conference and incentives trips coming to Spain from an international client base. As Project Manager you will : - Be the point of contact for the key corporate clients and corporate travel companies - plan and research events, conference and incentives negotiation with suppliers and prepare quotations - develop product ideas and attend site inspections and fam. trips - represent the company at major trade shows and events - project management You must be able to demonstrate the following : - basic knowledge of Spain as a destination with product knowledge of Barcelona and Madrid - basic knowledge of hotels and conference venues in Spain - experience of preparing quotations and negotiations with key suppliers - Fluency in Spanish, English and another European language
