QA responsibility for Global IT functions and core Quality Systems processes ALK offers a unique job opportunity in a dynamic and challenging environment. The position is with reference to the Director of the Global Quality Systems Department located in Hørsholm, Denmark or Madrid, Spain. You will be part of a team consisting of highly professional people. As QA Professional for ALK, your goal is to deliver excellent service and advice to Global Business IT and Product Supply Applications. You will be contributing to the ongoing maintenance and optimizing of ALK´s Quality System. Furthermore, you will support important quality system elements, e.g. electronic document management system, system for handling deviations and CAPAs, and the ALK training system. You will have a global role interfacing with all parts of the global ALK organisation. Field of responsibility Amongst others, your main work tasks will be: • QA support for Global Business IT and Product Supply Applications • IT Project Support to the sites in Hørsholm, Spain, France and US • Support the QMR process in ALK • Drive and take responsibility for improvement projects in Global Quality Systems • Perform supplier evaluations and external audits of suppliers • Establish Quality Agreements Additionally, you will participate in various projects across the entire organisation and with many different stakeholders.
