As a motivated specialist eager to analyse, advise, direct and coach local managers in successful brand and communication strategies, you will enhance the brand and the visibility of the company in the eyes of our consumers and customers.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:
•Brand management – as a natural project manager and ambassador for the brand, you will influence, inspire and provide support to local markets in their implementation of the Central strategy.
•Social/Digital Media and CRM communication – In line with local needs and having benchmarked competitors, you will optimize the Central strategy and collaborate with your Central colleagues to propose new avenues to explore.
•Press and Public Relations – with a focus on alignment and business objectives, you will be confident in identifying needs and creating opportunities to increase the awareness of our brand.
•Below The Line Tools – using strong communication and organizational skills, you will forge robust relationships and align with internal stakeholders to provide content direction and guidance.
•Data Analysis – using qualitative and quantitative methods to evaluate the effectiveness of the brand and communication strategy, you will propose adjustments to optimize these to their full capacity.
•Knowledge sharing – by identifying market gaps, providing indights and proposing solutions, you will be fundamental to the sharing of best practices and expertise across all markets and Central teams.
