Reporting to the International Sales and Marketing Director, you will be responsible for defining, executing and reviewing the sales plans and activities in the region, and contributing to the global sales and marketing strategy and plan. Expanding the current client and distributor network and increasing the penetration of the existing ones. Visiting End Users together with distributors to demonstrate the tools and provide training. Undertaking quarterly and annual performance reviews. Actively managing and closing sales leads, working directly with the distributor and the end customer where required. Contributing to the development of new products.
